All or I’ll say most women have at least one purse or handbag in their closet. Some have many more, some to match every outfit they have, plus shoes to match. Many of us cannot afford a designer purse so we settle for the less expensive ones, which are just fine. Included in the accessories a lady has on is a purse, she can put almost everything it and be on her way.
Women today along with tweens and teenage girls clamor for just the right purse and will not settle for anything less. We must have a purse for almost every occasion, one for everyday, one for evening, and one to hold all of the baby’s necessities. Purses today come in every style, size, form and material one could think of.
So, when one sets out to buying a purse she must think first of what she really wants, and what she needs as well. Does she want one that is a carry all, that is it will carry all of her personal items, hair brush, cell phone, lipstick, etc. some have pockets inside of them that hold each item so they are easy to reach and find. Others like the little clutch purses that only hold a comb and lipstick, but those are for evening and are really pretty. Every woman should own at least one evening clutch and they are pretty inexpensive.
Think about the color you want when buying a purse as it does reflect your personality. The patterns and designs today are almost endless, there seems to be one for every taste. Be sure to test the construction as well, be sure the purse has good stitching around the seams as this will break in time. You certainly do not want a purse that falls apart on you.
Many of us like the leather purses, although purses can be made of wool, rubber, fiber or cloth. It all depends on what you want. If buying a leather purse, be sure it is real leather. My test is to smell the purse, if you smell that wonderful leather scent, it is pretty much true leather; or at least most of the purse is. Leather has nice clean lines and will last a long time. I prefer leather because the more you use it, the softer and worn it looks and that is a nice look to have with almost any outfit.
Buying a purse is of course up to the buyer as to what she wants. Many younger ladies like the sequined ones or ones that have funky designs and or different materials. Since there are such a variety of purses today, your imagination is the limit. Prices are so inexpensive now one can afford to have many different purses. Besides, it’s fun to change purses to match your outfit or mood. You can look in almost any store that carries women’s apparel when buying a purse. The prices range from three dollars up to thousands. So take your pick and buy a purse.
