Getting Cookware For Your Cooking Needs
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on October 31st, 2009
Kitchenware is always a rather contentious issue. I have seen chefs turn up to perform the simplest of cooking jobs more than it takes to keep your average oil tanker (though maybe not the best use of your battery kitchen), when all that was needed was a knife and something to sharpen with. What are the "true Cookware Essentials", the things that really can not do without? Surprisingly, although really only need a very small amount of things to get going. Probably much less than they already have. All cooking utensils you need is a good knife, a means of sharpening a cutting board and a couple of pots. You may prefer a bit more cookware but you can cook with it. Do not get me wrong, I'm as partial to a kitchen full of mixers, appliances and various useful gadgets, as well as the next person. But although the quality of Cookware good price, (if possible) like grinders and blenders give you many more possibilities there are many things you can cook without them, but a good knife or three, is absolutely essential. Kitchen Utensils The first and most essential need is a knife that's as big as you feel comfortable, an 8-inch knife with a blade that curves slightly to allow a rocking motion is a good start, then a small knife, about 4 inches, for cutting small vegetables and a carving knife. If you buy one of about 10 inches long can also use a bread knife. Although there is no point buying extra knives to fill the pockets of the largest manufacturers of kitchen eequipment. A game can actually be a fairly good value and gives you more for a similar amount of money. However, check carefully what is in the first set. If you can not find a package with what you think will be useful to you, do not buy it. Sets come with extras like a case or wooden knife, by category, but try to see beyond the gifts. It's much better to have a few good knives in the drawer of a block of fancy polished beech wood design with knives fifteen years, fourteen of which is not used and that does not fit your hand and gives you blisters . I have a game, not too expensive small Sabatier French are not so comfortable but stylish look of some of the most popular Japanese GLOBALS the fact that I found very clear what makes cutting a lot of vegetables, for example, work much more. If you learn to use wisely as steel or the grinding stone is a good way to keep your knives sharp, otherwise it is a good choice of the size of owners who hold the knife at the correct angle while you pull through sharpener. Pans must be of good quality, nothing on top, without spending a fortune. Make sure they are of sound construction. This promotes even heat distribution and helps to keep things on fire. Stainless steel is a good option. A good wok on the other should be thick steel and very cheap, but always check that you have a good well-fixed wooden handle. The best place to buy this most useful kitchen is (perhaps unsurprisingly) usually the local Chinese supermarkets. A good chopping board is another necessity that two are better than one, because it helps prevent cross contamination if you designate one for uncooked meats / fish etc and another for things like fruit and salads. No matter how much you think you will always be careful and wash between uses this is the best way to prevent cross-contamination. Mixers can be useful if you do much cooking. But unless you make bread on a regular basis (always a good idea), then purchase a hand, simple quality instead of a stand mixer heavy standalone version that can save you hundreds of dollars and lots of space in its counter. A blender is always useful for soups and the occasional smoothie, and a grinder will give you many more options in the use of nuts, etc and also provide a constant supply of fresh coffee for the more manic cook. A good way to combine the functions of the three is to buy a food processor. A good quality machine or a Moulinex food processor to save space and allow you to buy a better processor than if you bought there items separately. There is an almost endless list of kitchen equipment can be purchased (in case of doubt in your local grocer and ask the owner what he thinks you need!), But make sure you have the right tools essential for good quality cuisine and the cuisine will be easier and more enjoyable.
Never Say No to a Customer!
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on October 31st, 2009
"My client: Can not have the answer, but I will find. It may not have the time, but I do. It can not be the greatest, but I'm more committed to your success. "- Anonymous
Last week I took my two sons for pizza in a new gourmet pizzas to take, which recently opened in our neighborhood. My youngest son will not have pizza sauce over crust. So when I ordered I asked the lady taking orders if he could maintain a ½ and ½. The half with the sauce and half out.
"No, we do ½ and ½" s "he says. You can also have said, "We do not want your business is too demanding!
Needless to say, we stopped going to find another pizza place that was more than happy to have our "demanding" prompt.
This is an obvious situation that might help, but it was not. There are times however, when the customer comes looking for a particular topic that we simply do not. What? What do you do when you can not immediately meet the needs of customers, perhaps because his store has sold or not stock a particular item, or the client needs the following size and you did have one?
Lets face it, no customer will never hear the word "No"! It is a word of what they see as their exclusive domain. Despite this, many "average" retail people just say "no" customer "No, sorry, but we have nothing in stock such as this." Saying no to a client means that money spent for this customer in the store just put to waste.
According to the late founder Sam Walton of Wal-Mart "not a single boss - the customer - and he / she can get everyone in the company, from the president on down, simply by spending his money elsewhere. "
Want to say no to your boss? The chances are great that it (assuming the request was not completely irrational). When you say "no" to the client, you become part of their problem, not its solution.
When working with store managers, we teach that they alone should say no to a client if the circumstances or company policy requires. Did you know that the Norwegian word for sale is derived from the word Selje what it means to serve? It is the role of sales person to find a way to say YES!
Making a decision that I will never say no to a client, no matter what. Decide that you always try to show that the alternative products or help them find an alternative, you can not have known even existed. In pursuing this approach, it saves both you and your customers time, effort and money in some cases.
Never say "no" also means you can operate to meet customer needs and can still maintain satisfied customers. When you say no, you can find the client as an article in another store and lose a sale. Remember the maxim: "If we do not take care of customers … Someone else! "
Time to Leave: Knowing When to Quit your Dead-end Job
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on October 31st, 2009
You only live once, so that the most. Do not settle for mediocrity. Identify what you want from life and work towards it. Open your mind to potential opportunities. Create opportunities for yourself.
All these phrases can be read motivational self-help books, and some can be found in fortune cookies. They look very good, but they are useless unless we learn to apply to our own lives. Unfortunately, the life lessons are best learned by individual experience, which can be painful. Regardless of what you read will affect your outlook on life as something that actually happens to you.
If you are afraid to go to work every day, it's time to take control of your life and find a career you can be passionate. Get the most out of your life! It is possible to break the inertia that currently keep his job without end. But it will not understand and appreciate the reality of this advice, unless you act upon it and experience for yourself how their own sense of purpose that you can take. Step 1: Identify your passions
This is the first council. Never get anywhere until you decide what you want to do for forty hours or more per week. What are your hobbies? What activities get you excited? If you are not passionate about certain aspects of how you spend most of their week, not be met. No matter what he says is hard to find passion in life if you hate your job.
What he found satisfaction with the support of his family? Often, darkness to bring home their hateful work will do more harm to members of his family the money you bring home. What he found satisfaction in the long run, who aspire to earn promotions horrible hours needed to make more money? If ultimately, what you do, always hate to another level. You simply need more time and money to forget that you do not choose your purpose in life.
This is your life we're talking about. One more trip to the Cape, a couple of extra luxury foods will not fill the hole at the top of your heart when your sense of self and purpose are supposed to be. His reason for living is to include the fruits of their labor, because the term accounts for 11,000 labor days, 2200 weeks or 42 years of his life. Next step: Take Action
Once you look closely at yourself and know where their passions, may realize you need to make some changes, like quitting your current job. This decision may be one of the toughest decisions of his life doing. It's hard to leave a stable job and an entity to deal with the risk of unemployment and uncertainty. All you have to give consolation is that over 50% of their peers have done. According to a study by George Mason University, 51% of college graduates ten or more years out of college have changed jobs at least once since graduation. Nearly half, 43% reported that they could do so again, he would have chosen a new and important study. What you should say is that most people do not have much idea of what to do right out of college, and are in a race that can best take few trials and errors.
When I graduated from college in 1999, most of my friends wanted to work in industry investment banking or management consulting. There was general agreement that these areas have paid money and provide more room for career growth in the long term. I ended up working for a consultancy in Silicon Valley. I had no idea what I wanted to do after my studies, so I assumed that what was good for my friends is good enough for me. I was wrong. My two great passions are politics and music, or I have taken the time to choose the path of the query.
After two years, he was depressed. I dreaded going to work every day because I feel lost and unfulfilled. I started to care less and less to move up the scale of the company and to impress my bosses. When it came time for my review in two years, one of my classmates gave me a questionnaire that had been assembled to facilitate more meaningful. One of the questions on the form read something like: "What can be done in the next six months to help you be more effective?" Be honest with you
First, he tried to write something to be expected, since "communication with my teammates," or "assume greater leadership roles, etc. Whenever I came to one of these photos, I could not write it. Finally I threw my hands and decided to tell the truth. I told them that in the next six months, I wanted to be a better singer, to determine what could be done to help certain political causes, and enter a triathlon. Within two weeks after my exam, I decided to leave the company. In six months I worked in a political campaign, taking singing lessons, and ended the international triathlon in San Jose. By completing this questionnaire was a turning point for me. I must be honest with myself, and as soon as I do, my decision to quit my job not seem so difficult.
It's time to complete their own questionnaire career? Have you reached a career crossroads? Listen to your instincts. He will tell you if your current job is satisfied or not. Will also follow your passions. Do not wait for the sign of a fortune cookie that says "Carpe Diem". Be honest with yourself and "seize the day" when you know the time has come.
Trust Only Your Own Statistics
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on October 31st, 2009
If you've decided to see statistics before making any important decision, you better check your sources twice. Many truths are declared based on the opinion. Countless times, the surveys do nothing but raise preferences for the models to follow for convenience or for personal gain. Every morning, we should remember that serious errors committed in the past by a blind confidence in the figures produced by self-interested parties. There is no future to repeat the mistakes of history. Our best protection against misleading statistical data not seeking to rent, but using common sense to interpret the results before us. We must verify whether the recommendations are consistent with our experience and knowledge of the world. We must assess the implications of the results of these investigations, we make ourselves uncomfortable questions and take time to reflect. When it comes to determining the direction of his life, never trust the calculations of other people without subjecting them to rational scrutiny. Regardless of the outcome of an investigation, its conclusions can not be as reliable as his own world. Regardless of the sophistication of a mathematical model may be, they never match the accuracy of the inspection of the facts. The following list shows the six critical areas that should be especially careful to check the logic of any recommendation that comes to you. [1] In general, you should not expect someone else to solve their problems. Statistics that show the opposite must be controlled, since they seem to contradict a fundamental aspect of human nature. We all like to help the family and friends, but we believe that any survey that the uncertain promises of foreign aid for an indefinite period? Check things twice before they act on these findings. [2] Human beings become more effective when they focus on the work they love, or at least the work that best suits their talents. Do not decide your career based solely on statistics. An investigation might show, for example, what are the average wages in different occupations, but remember that in each area, there are large differences in income due to individual experience, ambition and dedication. Take career statistics with a grain of salt and instead use their common sense to identify the career path is right for you. [3] In the same line of thought, trying to gain the mental strength to get rid of the absurd expectations. Never trust studies that shows that we can make a fortune quickly by entering an area of activity in which they have no knowledge or experience. Such statistics, though based on real data is often a window of opportunity has already closed when you hear. Be careful not to go blind for the things that seem too good to be true. [4] The statistics invites you to waste resources or risk to your health should be viewed with extreme skepticism. If someone proves that working with numbers and game are equally productive, should not be believed. If a quiz that tells you that no matter if you take care of their health or not, you should stick to your healthy habits and rational choices. These surveys make headlines precisely because they are controversial and contradicts the basis of common sense. The data may be true when applied to particular circumstances, but the results have little meaning as general advice. [5] Research to predict the disastrous consequences of seemingly harmless activities must be evaluated with caution. For example, a study showing that people have a particular job type die young may reflect the statistical truth. However, if you read their opinions in their entirety, you realize that many people in this profession much more than average. Ask yourself what are the factors that make men and women get old and try to draw lessons that can apply to your life. [6] by trial and error are part of the natural learning process in any field. For this reason, we must question the scientific value of research that induces a particular method of doing things. The results are based on local circumstances or have a general? The study was conducted impartially or if there is reason to suspect the existence of conflict of interest? Whenever faced with a recommendation to limit the scope of research to compare the statistics that you know by experience, and if the conclusion is logical. The aim of the research is to extract the lessons of reality, but without method and logic, data can teach us something valuable. Put your common sense above all statistics and reason above all calculations. Trust your immediate perception of more than one hundred volumes of supposedly scientific conclusions, as in life, you will pay for their mistakes. Always check what seems to be beyond doubt and question what seems obvious. Leave your own judgments guide his life by reason and reality. Boxing Notebook: Everything’s Super This Week

Superfighter hit New York on Monday - is the latest fashion. Three fights, four rounds, eight of the competitors - is four hours of chaos, Australian style. Etienne Duval, CEO of Superfighter based in France, met with the media to talk about his dream - is extraordinary. Duval has invented an eight-man Eliminator offers the winner a staggering $ 5 million. Fighters can not even minimum contract, which can be as low as $ 5,000 per fight, so it's better than the lottery. The losers? They collect a minimum of $ 200K. This is the program to date: Chris Byrd (39-3-1 20 KO) - Former IBF heavyweight champion. Her style has more people sleeping while Nyquil. Byrd will try to chop his way to victory. But after the beating he took against Wladimir Klitschko, and unofficially lost four of his last five fights, I would not bet on him with their money. O'Neil Bell (26-1-1 24 KO's) - The defending champion of the cruise. Reservoir crushed Frenchman Jean Marc Mormeck in a war. Bell A great advantage is that you can leave. But never has faced a heavyweight, and he takes too many strokes of color. In a deep sleep it was for Bell. I bet you are eliminated by the third round. "The Nigerian Nightmare" Samuel Peter (26-1 22 KOs) - He's Pick George Foreman to take it. In four rounds, he is the most dangerous opponent. But can exercise their power through four hours, 12 towers and three opponents? Odds must be in its favor. Steve "USS" Cunningham (19-0 10 KOs) - He is the intersection of the IBF # 1 and walk about 195 lbs. Cunningham showed a chin of dynamite, with William Jones could offer. If Samuel Peter is near, the ship sails. Otherwise, boxing has sufficient capacity to dazzle his way to the final. Tye Fields (36-1 33 KOs) - I agree with the analysis of Max Kellerman "in 6-9, 293 lbs. Not so clever, there is attraction, not a competitor. "Is Long Shot. Shannon Briggs (45-4 40 KO) - Since his loss to Jameel McCline, he was beaten while fighting club in New York to Arizona. BUT. . . He has experience, he can fight and has underestimated the speed manually. It could be the man to beat. I see that the end Alexander Povetkin (7-0 5 KOs) - I think is Russian Povetkin for Pulverized. It is too serious for one of the best fighters. It's a loser and does not pass the first round. 8 - OPENMaybe put odds on this soil Getting Even circus. Just think of Cedrick Kushner "fist full of dollars? Remember who won? Enough said. . . Chasing Joshua Clottey Margarito Clottey (28-1, 20 KOs) is ranked No. 4 by the WBC, # 5 by the WBO and # 7 by the IBF. Just as the high ratings indicate, Clottey believes it is capable of beating the best welterweight in the world, and he left nine consecutive victories, the Star of Ghana has its eyes on the WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito ( 33-4, 24 KOs). "I am determined to become a world champion," Clottey said. "I have the ability, work ethic and heart to be a champion. I have dealt with many challenges in my career and get a shot at Margarito and the title, it might be worthwhile. That's what I'm working for my whole life. I have great respect for as a champion Antonio Margarito. I know he still wants to fight the best. I am the candidate best welterweight in the world. May Margarito want a battle easier now, but if Anthony wants to stay at welterweight, you can run but you can not hide. "Floyd Mayweather rejected an offer of $ 8 billion to address the WBO, Margarito, if it is short of defensive options. In a recent FightBeat. Entrevista com Bob Arum, Clottey confirmed a clash, "Mayweather has shown resistance to the fight against Margarito, if we think to fight Margarito-Clottey in confronting al-Rahman Maskaev." This struggle takes place August 12 . Are you ready for WWIII? Diego "Chico" Corrales (40-2 33 KOs) and Jose Luis Castillo (52-7-1 46 KOs) started their engines to produce another battle "of the year." If you have never seen their first fight, GET IT! "Chico" has been canceled twice on lap 10 and returned later, about 60 seconds to win. Garyshawproductions Check. com to see the Round 10. Just incredible. His second battle was marked by controversy. Castillo did not make weight and refused to even try. Castillo was fined for this trick, but the team Corrales agreed to fight anyway. The result: Corrales on his back. The weight issue has proved a mistake, something even promoter Gary Shaw, admitted: "I never do again what I did in this fight," Shaw said. "If the contract calls for 135 pounds, will be at 135 pounds." The fight takes place June 3. Stay tuned for next week my crisis and prediction. Marciano-220 Castillo, Corrales Barrera Juarez Wars with 180 as the bell rang, he returned to his corner with swollen eyes, bloody nose, and possibly a broken jaw - and was the winner! Marco Antonio Barrera really underestimated the 2000 Olympics, Rocky Juarez. Juarez has demonstrated the power of both hands and the fight against Barrera, stayed all night with left hooks and rights reversed. HBO did its usual cheerleading for Barrera, Juarez rarely mentioning unless it is hit. The combatants are fighting on the same conditions for 12 laps, and the decision was what most expected. . . a draw unexpected was the announcement of the scorecard J. Morita has been tabulated incorrectly. The correct total was 115-114 in favor of the barrier the champion of his division, winning the decision. For Christmas, I promise to send the Commission a calculator
Pacquiao vs. Cotto: Breakdown and Prediction
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on October 31st, 2009
By Ted Sares - I think it's a very smart move by the team of Miguel Tampa set to this struggle and the final battle - Joe Santiago is where I want it to be perfect - Freddie Roach These two will fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on November 14 in what promises to be another major war between the two superstars, one at a catch weight of 145 pounds. Cotto is 34-1 with a high KO percentage of 77. 14, while Pacquiao is 49-3-2 impressive KO percentage of 68. 52. Distribution: In many respects, these two are more alike than not. They are very skilled, has a big heart, they are great athletes, and to represent their country with dignity and class, but enough about the complexities, let's essentials. . Level of opposition: 9 Manny has fought battles against 5 guys who probably had a great shot, for inclusion in the Hall of Fame. But he also fought and won all the Thai and Filipino fighters with great records go If you throw a dart at a list of your adversaries, you could, for example, hit the South Korean Seung-Kon Chae (23-0), the Mexican Oscar Larios (56-4-1), (41-3 Wethya Sakmuangklang Thai) or Colombian Jorge Eliecer Julio (44-3). Cotto list of opponents is impressive. It includes names, like Zab Zudah, Sugar Shane Mosley and Antonio Margarito. Now comes a split decision victory over Joshua Clottey difficult, a struggle in which he showed he can still fight adversity. Style Cotto is a boxer / puncher but more often it is a harassing and threatening presence that carefully breaks his opponents with heavy and punishing body attack. In his fight against Mosley, showed he is more than Banger, indeed, seem to add their experience every time you fight. But speaking skills, Pacquiao now seems to possess an arsenal of qualitative content of the data only Floyd Mayweather Junior has the right to challenge. With his pace and movement whirlwind blows out effective fight endless hooks with both hands, strong resistance and a strong defense, there is little to criticize. As for speed, Pacquiao is flat faster than Cotto, in all respects, especially with his foot movement. Both have a Knock Out blow energy, but I think Cotto is stronger than the Pac Man, this weight and is connected to color, he could send Pac Man back to General Santos City, quicker than you can say "Boricua. "But the ability to send Pacquier Cotto to dreamland Caguas not be underestimated. It will be interesting to see what happens when Manny Miguel trials with his first shot rattling the body. Chin Cotto was wounded several times and I see the chin as relatively lower than Manny, but their resilience and strength advantage that a wash. Manny has been very badly too, but it came too far to be useful in my opinion. IQ Ring are knowledgeable and experienced, but I think Pacquiao has the advantage that it can adapt to different situations quickly. However, Cotto has shown he can adapt so well in the Mosley fight, and later against Clottey when he fought from the outside during the final laps. But it was the side of caution may be due to the "Spirit of Margarito, Clottey or was hampered because for some inexplicable reason, and not insist on the action? If a similar situation developing in this fight, Pacquiao will not resist and jump on Cotto faster than you can say "Pinoy. "These intangible assets are particularly important. Let's start … 1) The drive: Pac Man bright green light. This is a great run of major victories (Hatton, De La Hoya, Diaz, Marquez, Barrera, Solis, Morales and Larios). Cotto, however, had a narrow win SD, an appointment with a victory over Michael Jennings, and a devastating loss to Margarito TKO. More importantly, the loss to Margarito raises questions about whether it is as good as it once was. 2) Courts: The two combatants are subject to cuts, if the efficiency of their respective cutting men can play a key role. Certainly made the final out Cotto. Also, the body is more rested Manny Cotto. 3) and Camp Trainers: Freddie Roach vs. Junito angle is relatively new. In April 8, 2009, Cotto has developed his uncle, Evangelista Cotto, the staff team, after an argument there would be violent. Then named Joe Santiago, who had been his nutritionist, as their new coach. Although Miguel led to victory in the fight Clottey, the green light will illuminate Roach. Look, we do not discuss with his kind of success. However, there were rumors (not necessarily buy the case) that the solid chemistry between Freddie and Manny have been some difficulties. If true, that unifies what might be an obvious advantage for Pacquiao. The typhoon devastated the Philippines, while Manny is training there. How can impact is uncertain, but, in fact, Roach force to break camp early objections against Manny. However, it could provide an incentive to fight Manny. Intangible factor is a classic. In general, I think Cotto is a quieter camp than Pac Man 4) loss to Margarito, Cotto: Some say he was suspected and therefore the severity of it should be understood. But even assuming that the beating that occurred in a suspicious manner or not, the damage was done. 5) Catch Weight: Cotto down, get favors Pacquiao Cotto, Pacquiao seems to be whether his forces with him when he moves in weight. 6) Size: Both are the same size, but Cotto has naturally greater. Results, Pac Man I see Miguel Cotto fight in a fast-action pace that operate Manny Cotto early weakness in the center of the towers (but do not see this happening in the other direction). This operation will be strengthened by Pacquier is incredibly fast and out of traffic with the blow almost all in the manual - and each launched with premeditation, as the courts and disrupts the Cotto and his mother begins to decrease as a mark landed blows everywhere. So remember well the backup Cotto in the final rounds against Clottey and I think even saw a glimpse of "Margorito" somewhere in the ring. If Cotto Pacquiao supports cons (and I think it will take a while), the Filipino is superman early and not spend this whim. Of course, if Pac cons Cotto again in the Finals, which could disastrous for him, because Cotto is a special bully and knows how to close a ring and knows how to close combat. In sum, given its excellent performance against Ricky Hatton and given Miguel's Not-So-excellent performance against Clottey, Manny May and win in the distance, perhaps in the courts. Cotto will not be like the great variety of weapons firing shots he faced, right hooks to the head, left hook to the jaw, sharp hooks (remember Margorito), speed and in-and - out as the movement of the he's never seen before. Miguel, on the other hand, Manny is going to show anything new, except the strength and perhaps one of the best body attack in boxing. But speed is the decisive factor in this area and speed is what Manny Pacquiao is. Source: eastsideboxing. com
The Use Of Anointing Oils In The Christian Church
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on October 31st, 2009
At one time or another, many in the Christian church has been in service in the church when the pastor or church leader called in front of people who were sick. When people make the pastor or church leader has issued a small bottle of oil.
The first time I saw this happen during a church service, I wondered what they were doing. It seems rather strange. What was that piece to take a bottle of oil and spread on the forehead of the person? I even saw once they have paid the bottle to the head of the person. Oh, I have been so angry! What a waste, has been in my thoughts, I feel the person standing with the oil dripping from his forehead. What were they and why?
Not always to the same church, but I think this practice as different. Not seem to matter whether it was a main line "of the church confessional or one who had broken the main line" and said "non-denominational or interfaith. This practice with a bottle of oil seemed to be there.
One Sunday, while sitting in a service the pastor read a script of the Holy Bible. He mentioned a man named Paul and anointing oils and cloths. Then he mentions the name of Moses, the man in the Bible that God says to use the anointing oil, and even said they were doing. That caught my attention.
Then the pastor read another passage which says that if people are sick to come and have their old anointing oil and prayer for healing. Here was. That was what I had seen done in other churches. Therefore, I concluded that it was the real purpose and left until the very day an evangelist came to town.
I heard that the evangelist would be teaching on the anointing oil which in turn attracted my interest.
The evangelist speaks wonderful miracles of healing the emotions that people who had participated in the first hand. She mentioned other to be healed of diseases and illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, people who are paralyzed, chronic allergies, Parkinson's disease and others that none of us had heard before to be healed supernaturally. He said use of the anointing of oil and how oil, in fact symbolic of the Holy Spirit. After hearing his teaching, I decided to study and learn more about the mines.
In research on the Holy Bible, I came across an interesting verse: Isaiah 10:27 - The day that his burden removed from his shoulder and his yoke from your neck and the yoke shall be destroyed by the anointing oil " ;.
Interesting? Anointing Oils break the ties? The evangelist speaks of people being healed of emotional problems. Wow, I could use a little help to break some bonds in my life. But was it?
In fact, I found many places in Scripture where the anointing oils have been used. In 1 Samuel 16:13 - "Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him (David), in the midst of his brethren, and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day."
Later in the Scriptures, in which David became king, God speaks of him as a man after God's heart. Imagine - When she was anointed with the oil of the Spirit of the Lord came upon him since that day. He certainly has the Spirit of God is upon me the rest of my life.
But was the magic or the anointing?
I found what the evangelist said it was true about the oil in all of Scripture in general, symbolizes the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is part of the Godhead - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Scripture tells us the Holy Spirit was sent to be our comfort and our help.
Throughout the Old and New Testament of the Bible tells us that the anointing of oils. In my school people told me that the anointing oil in the Holy Bible, but it was not for today and the churches that used it were fanatics. One day I came across a scripture in Exodus 30, the Holy Bible. The Scriptures tell us that they, oils are "forever". When I looked, I realized that forever means just that. . . . forever. This meant the use of anointing oils in the Bible are important as they were in antiquity.
Since the beginning of my studies, I had the opportunity to see others really healed. The one I will never forget. She was a woman who had been in a serious car accident left confined to a wheelchair for life. She came to church because the pastor had been so kind to her. It was not a believer and does not usually attend. But that day did. That day, I personally saw her get up and walk to his chair. The next time I saw her, she worked at the Food Bank to help others in the community. It was completely restored.
You tell me. . . . . . . . . . . . . . What exactly is the meaning of the anointing oil, after all?
Lead the Way to Innovation by Getting Out of the Way

In our highly competitive global economy, ranging from pharmaceuticals, electronics, software or nonprescription products, the name of the game is innovation. The key to staying on top is to teach the next big idea and turn it into a product or service and do it faster than the competition or private label distributors. How can we continue our goal of innovation? Everyone knows that the best ideas rarely come from above, we also know that people generally do not come with innovations while sitting in the computer control of e-mails, listen to voicemail or sit in the meeting on production forecasts.
Breeds creativity, innovation, transcending the daily and often appears in unexpected areas. Great ideas come in dreams, from reading magazines that would not normally see a movie, meet new people, eating in a restaurant again, moving to a foreign land, and dozens of other daily activities that are human persons only the structural requirements of traditional life in American business offices.
The question facing the leaders is how life can restructure the office to service innovation? For many years the role of life in the office was to serve the production. The production is directed, have specific objectives, benchmarks to meet production quotas, etc., but as soon as their contracts and fourth, the construction of an office environment around the production is more appropriate. This environment gives the illusion of stability in the market.
Innovations occur when we do not have a specific goal in mind. A jump in the goals of innovation and thinking is still powerful to create a new strategy and fat. Today more than ever we need creative offices where innovation is encouraged, offices without a warrant, where the status quo and the thought of repeated performance every day.
It is our leaders who are responsible for making this possible. Leaders must find ways to use their imagination and release people to wander into uncharted territory. Leaders must be willing to launch a process, then the way to the unlimited creativity of its people is over. Very different from the days-old autocratic leader of today must be a creative facilitator - someone who knows how to give people a less stressful environment that allows for playful experimentation that leads to innovation.
I advise my clients to bring together a diverse group of people off-site and meet one morning a month, with a facilitator to create different every time (and not the boss!). No telephone, no computer, without interruption. Provided a good three hours while the party must go and dream of the big idea. "
During this three-hour creative team members can focus their attention on what exists and to obtain clarity on what they thought for the last month, read, see, live and listening to customers, suppliers, media, other cultures, popular culture, industry compatible or incompatible, etc. The group is, then, consider the ideas that I think we can all support to fulfill and / or overcome challenges.
Then, the exercise group of four or five concepts that are best suited to corporate culture and have the substance to promote what Andy Grove calls for a change of 10X. It is then - when they think of a particular idea makes sense and is executable - which are responsible for making it happen. Submitting to the powers that be, or who are accountable. And the key here is the road leading to the "Great Idea" and allow you to find a balance in the real world.
Remarkable things happen when the executive announced that he supports and appreciates these brainstorming meetings - are not only an enjoyable activity, but they really are the heart of a new business model built on innovation. So people come to these monthly meetings have really done their homework. They are slaughtered because they know they can potentially get away with a "Big Idea" that will impact the real world of business. They realize how confidence that the leaders of their creative abilities. And in today's knowledge based on the creative economy, where workers are after the next big challenge intellectually, as a leadership practice has the effect of secondary enormous increase employee retention.
For the chef who fed this kind of foresight "Big Idea" thinking in the ranks, it would be foolish not to let some of the best ideas from their course. Allow people do not. Not all good ideas can be a marketable innovation in enterprises, but some may be - and make the final difference.
Sometimes we are stuck in our thinking about leadership. I suggest that today's leaders should be instructed to allow some chaos - at least enough to produce that elusive Eureka! of time that can transform your business to extraordinary medium.

"If you want to edit, listen to my chorus. If you want to improve, let go of your past and move forward. "Hans Christian Andersen read the poem he had composed himself and bit his lip. As an apprentice tailor Abramovich, his days have been encouraging presence. His future as a poet was a dream that dared not speak. "I'm much better to write stories," he says with a smile, recalling the story he had written on the eve of a chicken egg that accidentally drove into a nest of duck. When he broke the skin, is so different from the ducks, which is abused and ostracized, until finally it became a beautiful swan and flew to his true home. In the title story, Hans-Christian had chosen "The Ugly Duckling." Suddenly the door opened and Abramovich himself, entered the tailoring. Hans-Christian pushed his poem under the cloth on the counter, took the scissors and cut what I wanted to make a pair of pants for a client. "What is it?" exclaimed Abramovich, still standing at the counter and waving his hand in a sheet of paper. Hans-Christian looked at the paper, acknowledged his own writing, and turned pale. This is his story about the ugly duckling! "I can not pay a salary to waste on writing fairy tales! accused Abramovich, scanning the faces of his apprentice. Hans-Christian feeling overwhelmed by panic, realizing that he must have forgotten the role on the stone bench outside the tailoring. If you lost your job, is likely to starve. In 1822, thousands of unemployed people walking the streets of Copenhagen hunger. "Fairy tales? Said Hans-Christian. "The author can not be! Do you think you have imagination to write fairy tales? "The question is Abramovich thought briefly before answering. "No, of course not, Hans-Christian. Never in a thousand years! How silly of me to suspect that because I know I have talent. "Soon after, Hans-Christian moved to another job, he began publishing his fairy tales, and eventually became the most famous Scandinavian author. Twenty years later, when Hans-Christian went to the tailor shop, the door opened, and left Abramovich, now an old man. The tailor has admitted his former apprentice and pointed a finger at him. "So it's you!" Accused Abramovich. "It was you who wrote the fairy tale about the Ugly Duckling" by Hans-Christian went to the tailor and his mind to remember all the dark days of his youth. It took almost a minute to gather enough strength to see far into his eyes and shook his head vigorously. "It is not me," he said. "This should be the man I was before.
